Oat Chocolate Protein Shake
serves 1-2 people
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1-2 Dates
1/2 Banana(frozen)
your favorite chocolate protein power
1 cup milk of choice
Boil water and put into a bowl with the dates. let them sit for about 3-5 minutes. This will soften the dates up and make it easier to blend! In your blender combine oats, banana, protein powder, milk, and dates. blend until smooth and fully combined. Enjoy!
