Peach and Burrata Plater

8 oz conatainer of Bel Gioioso Burrata Cheese

2-3 slices of prosciutto

1-2 peaches

olive oil

balsamic glaze

flakey salt

Slice peaches and place on platter. Rip burrata and prosciutto into small pieces and place between slices of peaches. drizzle oil and balsamic and add flakey salt. you can garnish with basil or put on top of a bed of arugula. Enjoy!
